Fully furnished private apartment/duplex in large house, W/D in unit, parking space. 3-minute walk to Vanderbilt campus and a couple of blocks to Hillsboro Village or West End $2000.00 a month for a 3 month 6 month or 1 year lease. I can work with students/staff to end lease after summer internships and for a school year term as long as I can fill the room/apt after you leave. The landlord lives in the other duplex and has really good references. We have a wonderful block of people to help to keep us safe. This is not a party house. Requirements to live here: references and security checks may be needed. First/ last month rent, last can be split up into the first 6 months for your convenience. $800 refundable deposit to hold the apartment and is returned upon your leaving as long as nothing needs to be repaired/replaced and no unexpected cleaning is needed when you leave otherwise there is a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your deposit. I will do a walk through and assist you to avoid any such charges before you move out. No drugs or smoking.
