The Spokane Club and Muv fitness are 12 and 14-minute walks, respectively, and The Centennial Trail and Spokane River are only a one-minute walk away! The neighborhood is quiet, so the tenant must be respectful to the (amazing!) neighbors. Washer and Dryer, gas BBQ grill outside, garden beds if you are planning a longer-term stay. The kitchen is set up for success: Vitamix blender, Airfryer, Instapot, Crockpot, French Press, Jetboil, etc. Lawncare can be arranged, but the yard is small, the sprinklers can be set on timers and there is a small, electric lawnmower on-site for use. In the past few years I've had someone to mow for $20/mow. Water, sewer, garbage, electricity and wifi not included but fixed price of $250 will cover all bills (usually more than $250 per month with heating, lawn, and AC) and can add that on to the rent so bills don't have to be transferred into your name.
