You'd be a ten minute walk from the iconic Venice Beach Boardwalk. A great cafe is right across the street from the property's rear. The current resident is a guest (the owner's good friend. It's not his primary residence), and not a tenant; so the studio can be yours whenever you want it! Owner pays for water. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and internet. First month's rent, and security deposit, due on move-in. No reserved, on-site, or specially provided parking (but I've personally never had any trouble with street parking in this area).
