Less than a block to major bus line, right on the bike path and close to lots of coffee shops, bars + restaurants. Excellent neighbors and local landlords. Utilities are paid by Landlord. Washer, dryer and dishwasher, central air, fenced in yard, and great hardwoods. Bedrooms are small, but shared space is large. Great for couples. Utilities are included in the rent (not internet). We're down with pets within reason/dogs must be good with other dogs and flexible on lease lengths. Smoking is allowed outside in the shared yard. We may perform background checks and do require proof of income!
