The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open, so you can actually see all the way from the front door to the back yard. No smoking. Pets are okay with owner's permission. It's key that the neighbors are not disturbed, so no fire pit or backyard use after 10 pm, and be quiet the coming and going and going at night. Treat the house as if it were your own. Lease duration is flexible.
