My awesome tenants are moving out of state so I now have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2bathroom property with backyard available in Villa Heights! This home was renovated a couple of years ago and has an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, there is hardwood floors throughout, 10 foot ceilings, renovated bathrooms and a great deck with a large, fenced-in backyard. However, the best thing about this house is the location! You are close to everything: NODA, uptown Charlotte, Plaza-Midwood, Central Avenue, tons of restaurants and bars are all just minutes away. Lastly, we are animal lovers ourselves so animals are welcome with extra security deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care. There is an additional $13 monthly charge for tenant insurance liability (that is to protect the house in case something bad happens).
