I work full time so l'm rarely home. house is always clean so I expect the same in return..neighborhood is quiet for the most part. You have access to the kitchen, porch &bathroom. Rooms will be fully furnished with comfortable queen size bed and 6 drawer dressers. I will do a background check but that may not affect your eligibility just depends what's on your background. Upon move in there will be a lease agreement that will be signed, ID/passport, deposit is $500 (deposit is refundable& negotiable or you can pay a portion upfront& remaining on your next pay day if you don't have it all when you move in.) and first month rent is needed when you move in. There is a corner store across the street from the house, bus stop is up the street if you need to take a bus. minutes away from Amtrak, fscj& Edward water college, both JA&greyhound bus stations, 5 points area, riverside, jags Stadium& Vystar arena, barbershops, beauty shops, family dollar, Popeyes, Mcdonalds, Jenkins bbq, autozone, Taco Bell & much more. jet skii rentals, town center &Jax beach, is about 20-25 minutes away., Just let me know if you have any questions, thank you. I'm open to leasing terms. We can work on the deposit if you don't have it all upfront. No smoking in the house you can smoke on front screened in porch , keep home and room cleaned. If you want to use I house laundry room there would be a small fee
