The area has lots of hiking trails, swimming spots, and other outdoor activities. A car is necessary. This home has incredible views of the mountain from the kitchen, living and dining rooms and deck. The home is filled with natural light, and has vaulted ceilings and skylights in the kitchen, living and dining areas. A large deck with a gas grill and shaded seating extends the living space in warmer months. The interior is tastefully furnished in a modern, minimalist and eclectic style, with a fully stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The layout includes a front bedroom with a full bath across the hall, and a primary bedroom suite off the living room (with a locked walk-in closet). While the house generally cools down naturally at night, there are three window A/C units (in both bedrooms and the kitchen) and ceiling fans in the main living areas and primary bedroom.
