Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements: Inside, you'll find three comfortable queen-size beds, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for a peaceful night's sleep, with soft linens and cozy decor to enhance your stay. Relax and Unwind: Step into the spacious living area, where natural light floods through the windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sink into the plush sofa or gather around the dining table for a meal. The open layout ensures everyone can enjoy quality time together. Outdoor Oasis: The Good Vibes Cottage offers more than just a cozy interior you'll also have access to a delightful outdoor space. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the outdoor area is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine. Owner will pay for all utilities. There is a no smoking policy for inside the house. Please smoke in the designated smoking area in the backyard. Free 2 car parking. Tenant is responsible for putting out the trash every Monday and Thursday mornings. Lease will be for a minimum of 6 months, with a maximum of 1 year. 1 month security deposit is due at signing.
