Renter will need to be in good health to live at this 9800 ft elevation and be able to keep snow off decks and patio and keep all paths to vehicles clear. An application is required and if approved a $1500 deposit holds the house for 1 month maximum. Signed rental agreement for 12 months and first month's rent of $3500.00 is required just prior to occupancy. Monthly rent is always due on the 1st of each month. Renter is responsible for snow removal, utilities, WIFI and some preventative maintenance (reflected in lease addendum).
