It's a great little house! Very short walk down to the West Haven beach. The house itself is a 3 bedroom currently set up as a 2 bedroom and a dining room. There is a bonus room in the basement with a built in bar! We will be leaving a washer and dryer on the property. Many of the pictures are the originals when we purchased the home, we have since done a lot of painting among other little things. Owner pays water
