You must own a riding mower, Leaf Blower, and lawn tool (Rake, Shears) or provide a contracted mowing ,weeding, or yard maintenance contractor service to be considered for rental/lease of this property. Providing a yard maintenance contractor does not relieve Tenant of yard maintenance responsibilities, as the requirement is that the tenant is responsible for yard maintenance including keeping grass at heights not to exceed 6 inches at any time. Weeding of areas such as sidewalks or paved/brick paver walkways will be maintained without weeds at all times. Foundation of building shall be maintained as weed free. Water/Gas/Insurance/Lawn maintenance responsibility of Tenant. Non maintained property will be billed, maintained, and paid via security deposit at going rates.
