Lockeland Springs is seriously the best, safest, and most beautiful part of Nashville, and we really lucked out with this rental! Our awesome landlord Mary is super chill and lives across the street if any issue ever comes up, and the house is really comfortable, cozy, and the perfect amount of space for a couple or a single adult. The backyard is spacious.. definitely enough room for a dog to run around, and includes a firepit, a pergola, and some outdoor seating. This is a furnished unit with comfortable bed, futon and recliner in the living room, a workspace, and a stocked kitchen and laundry room. This baby is move in ready and is a steal in this area of town.
