A porch is also on this level, overlooking the alley and the main building's rear courtyard. A desk is built into the kitchen area as well. The third floor is the master bedroom suite. The closets here are huge, and there's even more storage space here, too. The bathroom upstairs is incredibly spacious and includes both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, along with generous built-in shelving. A sliding door overlooks the alley. Natural light is plentiful throughout the unit, but thanks to multiple skylights, that's especially true on the top floor. One pet is permitted a cat or a small dog. I've paid a one-time pet fee, so I *assume* another one won't be required. I expect this unit to be available ~November 25.
