Renter pays for water, electricity, and gas. The price of the rent is $3,200. Renter is expected to pay the rent on the first of every month. Rent is expected to be paid through direct deposit. The late rent fee is $75. It is the tenants' responsibility to maintain clean and sanitary premises and to pay for any damage they cause. Only 2 pets allowed. (cats and or dogs). Any illegal activity such as drug dealing can cause the removal of the renter from the premise. Tenants are required to alert the landlord for any defective and or dangerous conditions of the property. Tenants may contact the landlord by email, phone call and text message. Squatting is intolerable under any circumstance. If the renter is planning to renew their lease for the upcoming year, they have to notify the owner 3 months prior.
