Hi! ROOM FOR RENT: New construction home and the house is fully furnished. It has high ceilings and a fence in yard. A nice yard with big firepit, outdoor seating, grill and more. In unit washer/ dryer. The house is boho costal style. Queen bed in each room with closet and dresser. It's 13 minutes from the beach and saint pete downtown. But Gulfport downtown is 2 min away and it's very cute like mom and pop beach bars and shops. 275 the highway is about 5 min away which can take you to Tampa. I live on site with another roommate and we're looking for a 3rd! There are 2 dogs and 2 cats. We're clean, kind hearted, super friendly & respectful! Would love a roommate with similar values. I can do short term or long term
