On any given day , just hop-on your golf cart & head over the golf-cart-bridge to the private beach parking area for our residents only to enjoy year round access to the Big Blue Atlantic Ocean or sign up to attend one of the many hosted & planned social events at the 9000 sf Community Center scheduled throughout the season. Tennis Anyone? Check out one of the lighted tennis courts or join in on a game of bocce, pickleball or the private party (I hear it's hard core game of Bingo) they typically play on Saturday nights over at the activities center. No matter what activity you choose to join in on, one thing is for certain -- you are sure to enjoy just about every moment of time spent at our newly offered beach retreat - being offered for the very first time as a Snow Bird Rental -- So don't delay as we sincerely believe this will not last long! Our Rental Home Includes the Following: Grass Cutting, Trash Collection (See Below for Other Utilities) -- Use of all Community Amenities including 24 Hour Gated & Patrolled Security, Private Beach Access, Indoor Heated & Outdoor, access to a Fitness Room for a nominal fee, a 9000 sf Community Center featuring a host of planned activities, an Activities Center, a Community Library, Multiple Ball Fields, Lighted Tennis Courts, 1) We love our 4 legged friends however, we are unable to accommodate them in our home at this time -- NO Exceptions so please do not ask because we will not be able to break this rule for insurance and other important reasons 2) Absolutely NO SMOKING in our home. Smoking is allowed outside with proper disposal, of course. 3) Utilities Included: Internet, Cable, Streaming - Electric & Water will be provided "up to a maximum amount" per month based on a generous usage history. Any overage each month (if any) will be passed on to tenant. 4) Tenancy Application -- The Community Management requires that any resident over the age of 18 residing within the community to complete & submit to the Property Manager a Tenancy Application. The Fee for this is $25 per application (Applicant & Co-Applicant can be on the same application if they have the same last name for only one fee, otherwise, 2 separate applications must be used).
