The cottage contains a combination living room and kitchen. The kitchen contains a small 4 burner stove with oven. The kitchen also has ample counter and cabinet space. The bedroom can comfortable fit a queen sized bed. The water heater and air handler are in the closet. However, the closet is outfitted with shelves and still provides decent storage space. The bathroom contains a spacious shower and shallow tub. The washer/dryer are also located in the bathroom. Parking is off the private driveway, enough space for two cars.
