We're a 15 min walk to Penn Station, on one of the nicest blocks of Bolton Hill, with four parks within two blocks. Rent is $895/month, which does not include half of the utilities (gas/electric, water, and internet). Free laundry (washer + dryer), and the apartment is furnished, with plenty of room to bring things yourself. Opportunity to arrange with departing tenant to buy some in-room furniture (bed/frame, table, dresser, etc. in the bedroom with the purple/pink rug). Shared patio + garden with grill. I'm a 2nd year PhD student at Hopkins in philosophy. All are welcome! No smoking inside, no pets. Lease duration is normally 1 year, but is negotiable: I'm looking to find someone soon, so can be flexible. Great landlord, very handy and responsive.
