A one time cleaning fee of $250 will apply. Bi-monthly landscaping and weekly pool cleaning included in monthly rent. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard and built in dog crate in the laundry room!! Short term rental, with a 30 day minimum. - Owner pays for all utilities including internet up to $600. Landscaping and pool cleaning also included. - No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. If smoking occurs in the house there will be an additional $500 dollar cleaning fee. - Tampering with, disabling, or inhibiting use of the security cameras and/or internet equipment at the property will lead to a $500 fee and possible termination of your stay with no refunds given. - A max of 2 dogs are allowed at this property of 25 lbs or less. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly amount of $25 per pet. - Background and credit checkcheck will be processed for the primary applicants.
