These owners have enjoyed their beach getaway! For a few months they did live at the home which is why you see a mailbox post. Home is sold furnished with a few exclusions of decor items. Windows and exterior door replaced in 2006, and the believe the roof was replaced in 2005, not sure. Home inspections are welcome but the home is sold "As is". Seller is not aware of any deficiencies, just not able to handle any items of correction.
