Tenant is responsible for electric, landlord pays trash, water/sewer. No smoking or pets in apt policy. Lease is for 1 year after 1 year tenant/landlord can discuss additional lease options. Tenant responsible for ALL small maintenance: replacing light bulbs, batteries for apt fire alarm, unclogging, shovel front step. Anything minor please fix and let me know.
