Up to two dogs who are vaccinated and licensed will be considered. Renters are required to show proof of renters insurance that specifically covers dog bites and other injuries. It is also a requirement that no smoking of any kind takes place inside the house. The owners will periodically visit to ensure the house is well maintained such as checking kitchen and bathroom plumbing, ensuring the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are operating properly, flushing the tankless water heater, and maintaining the garden, etc. For an additional fee, there may be select furnishings available for consideration that include a new never-used king size adjustable sleep number bed, dining table with four chairs, traditional electronic piano, bookshelves and small appliances. The homeowner will pay the water bill and for the gardener to visit twice a month. The renter will be responsible for all city refuse-related utilities, gas, electricity and if desired Internet services (cable, satellite, etc). While the initial lease term shows as 1 year, we will consider negotiating a longer duration. Occupancy limit 5 persons. Extended (longer than 1 week) overnight stays require landlord notification.
