This property is currently being remodeled and will be completed by November 15th. It is in Gatewood and is only 2 blocks from the fabulous Plaza District. Additionally, tenants are close to Midtown, Downtown and 23rd Street. I have included pictures of a Crestwood property I finished remodeling in February. The brick fireplace will be painted white, as in the pictures, and will have a 1930's gas heater for charm. There is no smoking of anything anywhere on the property. You are assured of having a respectful, professional neighbor. I personally manage all of my properties. There is no management property involved and most importantly, I answer the phone 365 days a year. Tenant pays all utilities and mows yard.
