This condo is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated for my original residence while I was single. Now I live in Norfolk after the marriage, I would like to rent the first floor master bedroom out ( there are two master bedrooms, one on first floor, one on second) The first floor include a family room, living room, breakfast room and a beautiful kitchen. I am back to Richmond every other two weeks usually just stay overnight or not even stay if it is a day trip. So, pretty much 90% time, the whole first floor is used just by tenant. The condo is in raintree neighborhood and close to short pump town center. Very quiet, but convenient. This is perfect for a single woman who wants to live in a artistic furnished, worry free, safe, quiet, beautiful, but convenient place. I would like to find someone to rent my place who appreciated my effort and heart that I put into this home. Owner pays for HOA fee and half utilities.
