Upon entrance there is a washer & dyer hook-up which is super convenient and the water heater is located there as well. This house has plenty of storage inside and out. Behind the kitchen sink there is a nice space with storage cabinets that can be used as an office or even a guest room, baby play room or whatever you want to use it for. The house has two big living areas and an added on room with separate entrance. It has a wrap around yard, with a narrow side yard and an eight foot fence that goes around the property with a gate. The back yard has two big sheds that can be used for storage. The carport is covered and holds 3-4 cars depending on size, but there is always plenty of parking on the street. This lease is for 12 months. The renter is expected to pay for trash, gas, electricity, and water. There is a no-smoking policy which you will have to sign a contract for. Dogs are allowed, no more than 2, no cats, and please no aggressive dogs. I will charge a one-time fee of $500 which is a non-refundable fee for your pet or pets. Even if you have 2 dogs the total will be no more than $500. If it is a hardship to pay in full please let me know and we can work something out. Also, any damage done by pets will be paid for by the renter.
