Located in Pine Hills, an excellent neighborhood immediately adjacent to Buckhead with tons of great shops and restaurants nearby, and close proximity to 85, 400, and Marta. Rent is all inclusive (electricity, water, fiber internet, pest control, trash/recycling). Due to its size, this apartment is only suitable for one, quiet person. A pet must be pre-approved and requires a separate, non-recoverable pet deposit. At this time we are not allowing dogs. The apartment is currently occupied so showings will need to be scheduled. The apartment will be available 8/1/26. Non-smokers only. That includes hooka, vaping, etc. We are not able to accept housing vouchers for this property. We are a small family. We would prefer a tenant who has experience with an in-law suite rental and is understanding of our close quarters. We try our best to maintain a quiet space in the evenings.
