It is called "the G" (stands for Guadalupe) and is only a 5-10 minute walk to UT, has your own room, your own Bathroom, your own Closet, free valet trash service, is right next to the Pool and Fitness center, has a Garage underneath the housing, Kitchen and living room, Free Internet, Free Cable, Furnished, and its new appliances and water are more energy efficient. They do allow Pets in the building. However in order to have pets in your room the other 3 tenants must approve.(I will check if asked) Ps If you want an open house day please email me so that I may set one up. I am usually occupied so I would need to do it upon request. Also please note that 750$ is without utilities .Please also email me if you have further questions. I need to SUBLEASE soon!
