Laundry facilities are located onsite. Outdoor BBQ area and ample parking. Specific unit will depend on availability; we are happy to offer a tour to show our available units. All utilities and weekly housekeeping are included. Additional $500.00 pet deposit for pre-approved dogs. There is onsite parking. First months rent and $1,000.00 deposit required. No smoking allowed inside unit.
