Great landlord and nice neighbors. It has a lot of storage space, including a large walk in closet, AND a den/storage area. No laundry onsite but laundromat nearby. You get your own assigned parking and additional parking on the street. Credit check will be required. No pets allowed. If interested, all or some of the furniture can be included for a fee. Or you can have the apartment empty. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
