The duplex is 25 minutes to the Park City ski resorts and 30 minutes to the Snowbird Ski Resort. There is an attached garage and 2 off street parking places. Sorry, we do not permit smoking or pets in the rental unit or on the premises. Applicants must have good credit and be willing to have a background check. Renters pay gas, electricity, cable and internet and owner pays sewer, water and garbage assessments. Rent is $2250/month with a $1200 security deposit, a one year lease and first and last months rent.
