Current lease ends 6/26/25 with possibility to renew for another year after. We needed something bigger for us, our two dogs, and our 7 month old. Quiet neighborhood, decent sized bedrooms with washer and dryer included. Spacious kitchen with dinning area connected. Pets accepted per landlord's okay - with extra pet fee each month ($50 per pet). One car garage with outdoor parking next to garage as well. Unit is on the bottom floor of the house with a separate unit upstairs. Our rent is currently 1,150 (1,050 without pet fee) plus utilities. Utilities are roughly $150ish or less a month usually.
