My house has a three car garage with a very private lot and a large extended patio with a water feature It also has crown molding and large baseboard throughout the house. We have alot of large 18'' tile also. Your estimate has always been very low on our house and now it is insanely low how can you drop from $336,000 to $313,000 in one week. How can people look to your estimates and trust them to be true. We are looking to sell our house and are giving us estimates because of our upgrades, between 369,000 to $380,000.
