We love the openness of the interior as well as the backyard. We recently removed 100+ volunteer trees, shrubs, and weeds to free up space. We have also made painting updates that have freshened up our home to meet more of our style. In October of 2018, JaCo installed 10 reinforcements beams in our downstairs storage area/laundry room as well as our bedroom. A new Water Heater and Garbage Disposal were installed September of 2019. A new garage door opener with mobile accessibility was done in September of 2019 as well. Our neighborhood is lovely and welcoming, and centrally located by Hillcrest Elementary School, Brookings High School, Main Street, and a short 15-minute walk to downtown.
