All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers) for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues, or excess toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If found that these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and access to the property may be required after providing 24-hour written notice.
