We are selling as is and under estimated sell price. We are wanting to sell quick. Perfect starter home. We’ve lived in this home for 9 years. We have some amazing neighbors. We wouldn’t be moving if it wasn’t for having two more kids while we lived in this home. We’ve sadly outgrown it. But it’s been a fun 9 years in this house. Perfect for a couple or even a small family of 3. If you have dogs it’s nice as well. We’ve lived in this home with 2 dogs and haven’t had a problem.
