This house looks the same as i bought it, same old carpets same old linoleum, same paint on walls, have not made any renovations besides one roof when i just bough it in 2002,none since built, it does need work, cracks on walls and ceilings, garage floor is all with deep cracks,, is ridiculous that you guys listed at $155,000 i wish, in my belief if i get $100,000 i be a happy camper,
