Horseshoe driveway (double entry) with free parking ON the property (different from street side parking, although that is always available as well.) *Bedroom and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. ** Many shops, theatre, schools, colleges (CSUN) are blocks away. This property can suit the needs for one who is disabled, needs a wheelchair or needs a caretaker.
