This is A Sub-Lease for July 1st-September 25th with the option to extend on if you wish. Essentially you would be a roommate added to my lease, then removing myself from the lease. The process for doing so would be for the roommate to submit an application, pay a $35 application fee and pass the background check, then for me to remove myself from the lease by signing a roommate release form. Then you would also need to sign a "notice to vacate" form if you indented to move out on September 25th. Electricity is through AEP. Gas, Water, Sewer & Trash is applied to the rent based on the amount you use and will be paid through RENTCafe.
