Centrally located single level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. There is a large detached shed. Large parking pad that can fit two vehicles, possibly three if the cars are small. After looking at the other houses in the area I believe this house might a good fit for the right owner. The other houses in my area are either tiny 800 sqft homes on 1000 sqft lots, or they are $299k 2000 sqft. This house might be good for a couple or family that is looking for something cheaper but they still want a good sized yard. The heating is a mix of a gas forced air heater in the living room and each of the bedrooms have their own electric baseboard heater. I've found that as long as you leave the bedroom doors open then you don't need to use the baseboards. There is an underground sprinkler system but the central box sprung a leak two summers ago. Once the ground thaws, and if I still have this house then I'll pay to fix it. Otherwise I'll update this listing after its fixed. I bought a new washer and dryer set this month (January 2020) that I will leave at the house if requested.
