The complex is extremely secure. There is no pool or fitness center on site however there are several local gyms nearby as well as arrangements for access to nearby pools. Due to the unique positioning of the mounted TVs those will stay with the condo. The kitchen also has upgraded Bosch appliances. The large patio has enough room for couches, chairs, or an outdoor table. There is an additional storage unit in the garage for tenant as well as a locked room for bikes. Owner pays for everything other than electric which is the renters responsibility. Water/Trash etc is included. Two mounted flatscreen TVs will stay with the property to save on remounting new TVs.
