This is a house. Numerous people have lived in this house since 1918, but I am not one of those people. Some folks who have lived here probably loved it. There is one bedroom, or two/three bedrooms if you put a second or third bed in other rooms! Nobody famous ever lived here, although I heard a rumor that a former occupant once went to a live taping of The Price Is Right. Abraham Lincoln would have liked this house a lot, he was known to wear a stovepipe hat and this house has a stove. How weird is that? There is a garage, it has one of those big doors that open upwards. You can see the Ohio River from the porch so you will want to invest in some swimming trunks. AS-IS, Agent Owned.
