The home was repainted inside after the last tenant. AVAILABLE July 24th PICTURES Include the loveseat couch, but not the bed (this belongs to the previous tenant). LEASE PERIOD Flexible. Ideally we would sign a year lease but I am also open to a somewhat shorter lease period if that fits your needs better. RENT $1500/month due on the first of each month. City tax of 2% is included. UTILITIES All in my name, no need to set anything up. Utilities are a flat rate of $90/month. Includes Water, Electric, Landscaping, pest control, Gas, Sewage, Trash, and wifi. WASHER/DRYER Full washer/dryer located on the side of the guest house. This is for guest house occupants only and is not shared with the main house. (This would incur an additional security deposit which would be 100% refundable upon a successful move-out). SMOKING This is a non-smoking unit/property.
