RENT $1300/month due on the first of each month. City tax of 2% is included. UTILITIES All in my name, no need to set anything up. Utilities are a flat rate of $150/month. There would need to be a meet & greet with the landlords dog prior to lease signing day. (This would incur an additional security deposit which would be 100% refundable upon a successful move-out).
