Looking for someone willing to Sublease my apartment. It is at Heritage Park Apartments located on Stuart and Shields. Its a clean, quaint, and quiet one bedroom, conveniently placed near Campus West. The complex itself is built to be a park environment, with a small Frisbee Golf course featuring 6 holes. There is on site laundry, as well as a laundry mat across the street. The lease was signed on July 20th, 2016 and will end July 19th, 2016. We are looking for someone willing to sublease for the rest of the current lease. We are willing to do a walk through.
