A coin laundry facility with 2 washers and 2 dryers is located in the basement for use by all the apartments. Each apartment also comes with its own 10x12 storage shed for bikes or whatever else might be needed. Pets are discouraged. For those not familiar with Boise's North End, it offers excellent access to downtown, shopping, parks, and the foothills trail system. Hyde Park, known as a great place to shop or catch a meal is located just 3 blocks away while Camelback Park is just 2 blocks away.
