Main Bathroom is less than 1 year old. New subfloor, tub, tile, and plumbing!!! Essentially a new house with an established foundation. Neighborhood Description Because the house is in Northern Independence, the area gets a bad rep. However, while I do agree the closer you get to 24 Hwy the rougher the areas can be, Jones Meadows subdivision is about a mile north of 24 hwy and it sits next to a park. This neighborhood has been great. I have two little girls who can play outside with several other kids in the neighborhood and the only issue with crime we have ever had was some teenagers breaking into cars about 3 years ago. Also, everyone keeps good care of their yards and their tend to be a lot of retired people in the neighborhood so it is pretty quiet.
