The neighborhood is very quiet with my most of the neighbors having been here for a while and looking out for one another while still allowing you to maintain personal privacy. This house is backed up to a protected greenbelt so there will never be a home built behind you. A great place for the kids with a great group of kids already here. Everyone takes pride in their homes and yards and it shows in the look of the nighborhood. Living like this is hard to come by anymore.
