Rental & Housing History Experience: Minimum of 3 years of positive, verifiable rental history from non-relative landlords. Performance: History must reflect zero late rent payments, zero non-compliance lease notices, and no history of unlawful detainer (eviction) actions. 4. Criminal History & Fair Chance Housing Seattle Compliance: In accordance with Seattle's Fair Chance Housing Ordinance (SMC 14.09), this property does not screen for, require disclosure of, or reject applicants based on criminal history, arrest records, or conviction history, except as expressly permitted or required by local, state, or federal law (e.g., registry requirements under the Sex Offender Registration Act).
