Very nice park model with all new laminate flooring, sun tinted windows for heat and privacy. New flat top cook stove, new refrigerator new chair height toilet. 2 New pantry cabinets. New ceiling fans. Park Model comes with 10x12 shed with a washer and dryer. A small deep freeze. When I say new about the above things in park model it's all been done within past 2 years but we are only here a few months in the winter and due to health reasons we are moving home.
