My apartment is on the third floor in the building closest to the community center and bus stop. It's a pretty quiet and pet friendly community. The apartment has lots of storage, and is close to a lot of dining in the area. There is both onsite laundry and washer and dryer hookups within the unit. September rent is paid and you will receive my renewal discount. You must be affiliated with the University of Iowa to rent (student or employee) as this is on campus property. Water, Cable, Trash and Internet are included.
